How to Book a Group Session
Already purchased a session pass? Sign in with the same phone number used at purchase so Square can recognize your account and apply eligible session credits at checkout.
If this is your first time booking through Square, you may also be asked to complete your account profile before finishing your reservation. This setup only needs to be done once.
For future bookings, you should only need to sign in again with your phone number before selecting your session.
Important: To use a session pass, sign in through Square with the same phone number used when purchasing your pass. The full account setup is typically only required the first time you book.
First-Time Booking Setup
Step 1: Go to the booking page
On the Group Art Sessions page, click Book an Upcoming Group Session.
Click Book an Upcoming Group Session to open the Square booking page.
Step 2: Open the menu
On the Square booking page, click the menu icon in the top right corner.

Step 3: Click Sign in
In the menu, click Sign in to begin connecting your booking account.
Select Sign in to start the login in process
Step 4: Enter your phone number
Enter the same mobile phone number used when purchasing your session pass, then click Request Sign in Code.
Use the same phone number connected to your original purchase.
Step 5: Verify your phone number
Enter the code sent to your phone, then click Sign In.
Enter the texted verification code to complete sign-in.
Step 6: Go to My account
Once signed in, open the menu again and click My account.
Once signed in, open the menu again and click My account.
If prompted, enter your first name, last name, and email address, then click Save and view account. After that, your Square account will be fully created and ready for booking.
Step 7: Complete your profile
Complete your profile with your name and email.
Once saved, your account page will be ready to use
Booking a Session with Your Pass
Step 8: Return to the booking page
Go back to the booking page and choose the group session you would like to attend.
Return to the booking page and select the class you want to book.
Step 9: Review the class details
Click into the class, review the details, then click Book class
Review the class details, then click Book class.
At checkout, Square will show your booking details. If you have an eligible session pass, it will appear under Packages and apply automatically. This is also where you can confirm how many sessions remain.
Step 10: Confirm your booking at checkout
Your package will appear here automatically if one is available for that session.
Step 11: Booking complete
After booking, you will see your confirmation page with the session details, location, and payment status.
Your booking confirmation will show your class details and location of the studio.
